Halogen-Free Intumescent Flame Retardant
F-15 is a new type of phosphorus and nitrogen halogen-free intumescent flame retardant, developed for PP and PE products, and also can be used for other high-end polyolefin flame retardant products such as thermoplastic elastomers. This series of crystals does not contain ammonium polyphosphate.

MCA is a nitrogen-containing halogen-free eco-friendly flame retardant. Due to the high nitrogen content, it decomposes into non combustible gas, nitrogen gas at high temperature, diluting oxygen and combustible gas, so as to play the gas-phase flame retardant mechanism.
When MCA flame retardant is mixed with phosphorus flame retardant or piperazine pyrophosphate and triazine charring additives, the insulation effect of carbon layer can be greatly improved, and the flame retardant effect can be significantly improved. The burning grade of this fire retardant can achieve UL94-V0.

- The addition of MCA is relatively low. Compared with the compounds containing halogen / antimony flame retardant system, MCA flame retardant has good economic and mechanical properties.
- Small colorability, can be prepared into various colors.
- MCA fire retardant system has obvious advantages in fire safety, that is, low smoke density, weak smoke toxicity and corrosion.
- The highest sublimation temperature of MCA flame retardant is 440 ℃, so it has high temperature resistance and good thermal stability in processing engineering.
- Weak corrosivity has obvious advantages in the treatment stage and in case of fire.
- MCA flame retardant is non-toxic and eco-friendly, which meets the requirements of RoHS.
MCA flame retardant is used for electrical and electronic devices, such as connectors, switches, enclosures, etc., which are made of polyamide or TPU.
MPP, is a kind of flame retardant containing N and P, with excellent high-temperature processing performance. During endothermic decomposition, a foam like coke layer is formed, which is covered on the surface of the combustor to isolate the air. Vaporized melamine provides an inert gas source, which can dilute oxygen and the concentration of combustible gas generated by the decomposition of high polymers, so as to achieve the purpose of flame retardance.
MPP fire retardant also meets the requirements of RoHS. The reference addition amount is: 25-30%, which can meet the UL94-V0 standard.

It’s widely used in intumescent environmental flame retardants for thermoplastic and thermosetting plastics, silicone rubber, rubber and other products, especially in highly demanding intumescent flame retardant systems, intumescent fire retardant coatings, and acrylic lotion.
F-15 fire retardant has best performance in high-level PP injection for home appliance shell, automotive interior parts and electronic device appliances, secondary in PE TPE EVA application, because of its excellent flame retardancy, excellent processing stability, good precipitation resistance and minimal mold corrosion.
